* Study RFQ and other documents / drawings supplied by customer. generate Technical & Commercial Queries
* For Honeywell hardware supply, use the relevant configurator tool to estimate cost and generate BoM. Ensure that the configurator version and record the version number in your estimation template. Also ensure technical completeness of the configuration
* Compile Technical and Commercial proposal in required format
* Study of Techno-commercial queries/ clarifications received from customer and draft responses
* Update / Revise the Techno-commercial offer
* Enter and submit timesheet in SAP
* RFQ of the Identified 3rd party system Buyout items shall be sent to respective sub-vendor to get the Techno- commercial offer

Job Description: The Web Analytics & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for generating web analytics reports for Honeywell Process Solutions websites and other web properties. This person will be responsible for maintaining the web analytics platform (currently Google Analytics), creating analytics profiles and generating reports at regular intervals. He/She would also be involved in recommending strategic solutions on the web CMS to help build a better web UX.
The overall goal of the analytics and reporting position is to drive continuous improvement of the web environment to accelerate platform adoption and engagement from customers and employees.
Specific responsibilities include: 
Web Analytics
# Create and maintain profiles in GA for the website and different content groups
# Work with Online Marketing to tag campaigns and advertisements
# Source data from disparate listening points such as web application data, ERP (Seibel) data etc.
# Collate the data into coherent and logical structures to produce periodic as well as one-off analyses.
# Data consolidation and validation.
# Create custom reports, advanced segments, goals and funnels based on business needs
Web Reporting
# Create dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites
# Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for different business groups
# Create one-off reports for business stakeholders
# Support analytics and reporting for off-site web marketing efforts
# Analyze and report user behavior based on available data
# Measure conversions, leads and registrations
Basic/Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical/computational stream such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Expert Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc) and Powerpoint
• Well versed with web CMS. Have a keen interest to learn more on the latest web tools

Job Description: The Telecom Expense Management team is looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our group. Our team is responsible for managing of telecom inventory, invoices, auditing and reporting for various Flextronics sites located in many different countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Periodic telecom expense & inventory audit and reconciliation
· Report generation using various platforms like EMS, MS Excel, SQL & SAP Business Objects
· Global TEMS roll out activities
· Respond to end users on any inventory, spend or usage related queries
· Provide all necessary support to telecom service owners and AP team
Any other tasks that may be assigned
