Cadre of Recruitment : Scale II or Scale III depending upon qualification and experience of the candidate.
Eligibility : Candidates should be from defence forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) or from Para-Military forces with minimum 5 years service as officer and not below the rank of Captain in Army/equivalent. Officers having experience as Security officers in Banks may be given preference.
Age : Age not more than 45 Years as on 31.03.2013
Scale of Pay :
- IBA Scale of pay as applicable to Scale II/III. Higher Scale/grade will be offered depending upon qualification and experience.
- Scale of pay will be subject to revision as per IBA settlement.
- Current CTC inclusive of incentive scheme in Scale II will be 6.5-7 lakhs per year depending up on the place of posting
- Current CTC inclusive of incentive scheme in Scale III will be 7.5-8 lakhs per year depending up on the place of posting
