Qualifications :
* Post Graduate degree in Malayalam/Folk-Lore from a recognized University
* 'Published' work in Folk-Lore /Folk-Arts of Kerala
Probation : Every person appointed to this post by direct recruitment shall be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
