(i) Law Officer in Officers’ Grade/Scale-II - One
1. Age- Not more than -35- years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification- Having passed 3/5 years professional degree in Law with minimum of 55% marks from recognized University/Institute.
3. Experience- Not less than -3- years. Experience in the Law Department of a Bank/Financial Institution would be given preference. Should be able to handle legal matters at corporate Office.
(ii) Risk Management Officers in Officers’ Grade/Scale-II -Two
1. Age- Not more than -35- years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
3. Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
4. Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
(iii) Marketing Officers in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I -Five
1. Age- Not more than -28-years as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
3. Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
4. Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
(iv) Personnel Officers in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I- Two
1. Age- Not more than -28-years-as on 31.03.2013.
2. Educational Qualification- The candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
3. Professional Qualification- The candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
4. Experience- Candidate having experience of -3- years in the related field will be given preference.
(v) Executive in Grade/Scale-IV (Information Technology) on Contractual
Basis for initial period of two years
1. Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks from a recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates who are Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science /IT discipline.
2. Professional Qualification- B.E./B.Tech. (IT/Computer Science/ Electronics)/ M.C.A./ B.C.A./ Courses from DEOACC- Level- ‘O’/ ‘A’/ ‘B’ / Courses from C-DAC in CoCurricular Diploma in Advance Computing/ Advance Diploma in Information Technology/ Courses from Computer Society of India in Software Engineering/Data Communication and Networking/ Rational DBMS & Client/Server Computing .
3. Age- As on 31.03.2013- Not more than -65-years.
4. Experience- Should have minimum -10- years experience in IT. Preferably Officer Grade/Scale-IV in the Banking Industry.
(vi) Executive in Grade/Scale-IV (HR & IR) on Contractual Basis for initial
period of two years
1. Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Professional Qualification- Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration with specialization in Human Resource/PGDPM. Additional degree in Law will be given preference.
3. Age- as on 31.03.2013- Not more than -65-years.
4. Experience- Should have minimum -25-years experience in HR &/or IR & or Vigilance/& or Staff Administration. Preferably Officer Grade/Scale-IV in the Banking Industry.
